RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/b><\/h1>\n

FOR DISTANCE OR OFF-PREMISES CONTRACTS<\/b><\/h2>\n

pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code)<\/b><\/h2>\n

DiCEWorld S.r.l. is particularly attentive to the needs and expectations of its Customers.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

We hope that you will always be satisfied with your purchase of DiCEWorld products and services, but if you change your mind, we will show you below what you can do to cancel a contract concluded on our web site.<\/i><\/p>\n

In accordance with the provisions of current legislation (Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206\/2005 et seq., “Consumer Code”), the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase of a Product and\/or Service made on the www.diceworld.com<\/a> website, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the date of receipt of the Product or, in the case of purchase of a Service, from the date of conclusion of the relevant Contract.<\/p>\n

In the event of multiple purchases made by the purchaser in a single order and delivered separately by DiCEWorld S.r.l., the 14 (fourteen) day term begins from the date of receipt of the last Product.<\/p>\n

This shall apply both in the event that the purchaser has entered into a Contract as a “consumer” within the meaning of Legislative Decree 206\/2005 as amended, and in the event that the purchaser has acted as a professional, for purposes relating to any professional, commercial, craft or entrepreneurial activity carried out.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal is in any case excluded if the Services and Products purchased by the Customer on the www.diceworld.com<\/a> website are included in the categories indicated in Article 59 of the Consumer Code.<\/p>\n

Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal under the terms set out above may do so by accessing the “Returns” page of the www.diceworld.com website, available at this link<\/a>, following the instructions indicated therein. The purchaser may also use our “contact form” by accessing this link<\/a>, or by using the following channels:<\/p>\n

The purchaser may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any statement to the Seller, containing explicit reference to his or her decision to withdraw from the Contract or, alternatively, by sending DiCEWorld S.r.l. the standard “Withdrawal Form” referred to in Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21\/2014.<\/p>\n

In the event of the purchase of one or more products, the goods purchased by the customer must be returned to DiCEworld S.r.l. within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, calculated from the date on which the purchaser communicated to the Seller his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, at the following address:<\/p>\n

The goods must be returned to the Seller intact, in their original packaging, complete with all their components and accompanied by the relevant tax documentation.<\/p>\n

Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, DiCEworld S.r.l. shall reimburse the Customer the value of the Product(s) subject to withdrawal, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days, calculated from the moment in which the Seller was formally informed of the purchaser’s decision to withdraw from the Contract.<\/p>\n

The refund will be made using the same means of payment chosen by the purchaser at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the express provisions of Article 56, paragraph 3, of the Consumer Code, DiCEworld S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend the refund until the actual receipt of the goods subject to
